For over 30 years, the Bosch Graduate Management Trainee Program has been one of the best in Germany. Since 2 years we also offer this program in China. Many of our top executives – the Chairman of our Board of Management, Franz Fehrenbach, among them – began as trainees in our Graduate Management Trainee Program.
The basis for success
The program’s success is based to a large extent on our flexible, innovative and integrated approach to work. Your program can be started after 6 months probation period. From day one, we entrust you with important tasks in our day-to-day operations, and challenge you with interesting projects that demand innovative and creative solutions.
Ideally prepared
You individually and systematically prepare for your future executive tasks. To fine-tune your professional judgement as well as your leadership and decision-making skills you receive all necessary support. Because we take a personal interest in you and the path you choose, an executive-level mentor accompanies you. In addition, the local supervisor and personnel department will give you the full support during each stage of your program.
